— Is your audio terrible in your videos?

Well, it could sound
like this. Here’s how.

The reason your audio
sounds bad is probably

because your microphone
is too far from you.

Whether you’re shooting on
a smartphone or a camera,

you want your microphone to be as close

to your mouth as possible.

That was too close.

When using a built-in microphone,

your mic can only be as close
to you as your camera is.

So instead of using your
built-in microphone,

grab a cheap microphone like this,

an extension cord, and a cheap mic stand.

Now, all you gotta do is
set it up, plug it in,

and now your audio can sound great too.
